Refund Policy

Application Classes: The student may cancel or reschedule the class more than 3 business days prior to the class with no penalty. Cancellations within the 3 days will be assessed a 50% penalty. Failure to show for the class on the day of the class will result in a full loss of the payment of the class.

Dedicated Classes: Classes may be cancelled up to 14 business days prior to the class with no penalty. Cancellations within the 14 days will be assessed a 50% penalty.

Technical Classes: Cancellations are not permitted (with the exception of severe injury to the attending student), but technical classes may be rescheduled at any time without penalty.

IPL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time due to operational needs. Should a class be cancelled or rescheduled, the student may ask for and be granted a full refund for the price of the class. IPL reserves the right to remove a student from a course or courses at any time for any reason.

You may re-attend the same boot camp one additional time at no charge, other than transportation and lodging if required, for up to one year - providing the student brings back the course materials, and the same version of the course is still being taught.

There are no entrance requirements for training with the Institute of Professional Learning, except for age. Any student under the age of 18 must have a guardian/parent that is traveling and staying with them to attend our programs.
