Welcome to IPL's RCI

The RCI (Remote Classroom Instruction) provides most all of the experience of being physically in the classroom. This is a hands-on, live instructor led class. The student listens to and can communicate with the instructor. The student sees the instructor's machine and follows along with the same presentation. The student will see the same writing and drawings that are visible to other students. The student will log into the classroom servers to perform the same labs as the in-classroom students. The student will take the certification exams at many of the same times at local testing centers, arranged by the IPL Testing Center.

Many providers of RCI charge the same price for in-classroom instruction and Remote Classroom Training. As you will not need airfare and lodging, there should be a price reduction in the cost of the course! In addition, for courses 7 days and longer, we include a new Dell laptop to use during the course and afterwards.

We offer the latest certification courses through REMOTE CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION where you can take the course in comfort from your home or office, or our other training locations. The same instructors who teach our classroom training also provide our Remote Classroom Instruction. All of our instructors have provided training to thousands of students each. Our RCI success rate in knowledge gained and certifications completed is very high.

Remote Classroom Instruction Certifications

Thousands of you have attended our classes in person and are aware of the quality of our training and our outstanding instructors and staff. These same instructors are conducting the class both in the classroom and through Remote Classroom Instruction. Attend the same course with the same instructor as others in the classroom!

Live Remote Classroom Instruction provides the best way to gain knowledge rapidly, obtain certifications, and save travel hassle and costs. Has your travel budget been reduced recently? Here is the way to attend the same course, with the same instructors, on many of the same dates, from the comfort of your home or office.

The course includes all courseware, practice exams, certification exams, and extra certification exams. If the class is 7 days or longer, it also includes your new Dell laptop to use during this course and afterwards, and RCI Training Insurance: should you wish to sit in on all or part of your course again, you may at no charge. In addition, should you leave the organization for any reason within one year of completing the RCI course, one replacement employee can attend the same RCI course at no additional charge except for the course materials (laptop not included for replacement employee).

You will be participating in the same class environment that in-class attendees are viewing. The certification rate for Remote Classroom Instruction is over 80% for our courses. Classes typically go from 8:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:30PM to 5:00PM daily. Evening classes are also available.
